The Beginner’s Workshop is all about learning to use your SLR camera. We will be learning how to shoot your camera in manual mode, understanding light, nailing your exposure and basic composition. We will be doing hands on shooting in the afternoon with a model and critiquing as well. A DSLR camera is required.
In the beginner workshop, you will learn all the basic of photography such as ….
1) What is DSLR camera
2) Be able to ask questions and get the answers you are looking for
3) Concept of depth of field
4) Aperture/ Shutter/ ISO concept and control
5) White Balance
6) Usage of different lens
7) Practice with model
The Intermediate Workshop is for people who have either completed the Beginner’s Workshop or that have a basic understanding of their camera and can shoot in manual mode with success. We will discuss in greater depth about the principals of light and composition. We will work on producing high quality images through advanced camera controls and lighting. A DSLR camera is required.
The first half of the day is going to be covering principles and showing examples. The afternoon is going to be a model shoot – focus on posing, lighting, as well as studio and location shooting.
